After ten years at the head of a listed company, Stéphane Cohen decided to devote his determination to mergers and acquisitions 15 years ago. Passionate about entrepreneurs’ stories, he founded Wingate with Daniel Ramakichenane in 2011 in order to offer the services of an investment bank to French and European SMEs. After 10 years of loyalty from the vast majority of his clients, Stéphane Cohen will take the lead of the Real Estate vertical in 2021 in order to add another stone to the Wingate edifice.
