Jurisociété, a Legaltech specializing in the digital management of all legal formalities for companies, has joined the REGIEPRO Group, one of the leading players in the sector in France. Lior Guigui, founder of Jurisociete, approached the investment bank Wingate to sell 100% of its capital to an industrial partner capable of continuing the platform’s strong development.

Founded in 2013 by Lior GUIGUI, Jurisociete is a legaltech that has experienced significant growth since its inception. As an interactive online platform, the solution enables the completion of legal and administrative formalities for professionals and entrepreneurs, including company creation, modification, or dissolution. The digitization and automation of the process, allowing clients to track the progress of their cases in real-time from a personalized space, have enabled Jurisociété to build a substantial base of recurring clients.

After ten years at the helm of Jurisociete, Lior Guigui approached the investment bank Wingate to oversee the sale of 100% of its capital. Following a competitive process exclusively conducted with industrial players, the Wingate teams led by Pierre Chupin identified the REGIEPRO Group: the leading platform serving professionals in accounting and law, facilitating the publication of their legal announcements in more than 400 partner newspapers.

This strategic alliance will allow REGIEPRO to significantly increase the share of its legal announcements volume operated through the regiepro.fr platform and strengthen its positioning among accounting and legal professionals by integrating a new vertical into its offering.
